These three protections sit alongside each other. The 14-day right below is a legal minimum that applies whatever we promise on top of it. Our 30-day money-back promise and our 90-day free size swap are extra, voluntary commitments we choose to offer beyond what the law requires. None of the three replaces the others, so use whichever one fits your situation.
If you're buying as a consumer in the UK or the EU, the law gives you a right to cancel a distance-selling order without giving a reason. You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you've nominated) receives the vest to tell us you want to cancel. Once you've told us, you then have a further 14 days to send the vest back to us.
To cancel under this right, tell us clearly, for example by emailing hello@floatclub.dog with your order number and a statement that you wish to cancel. You don't need to give a reason and you don't need to have unpacked or tried the item.
Once we've received the vest back, or you've given us evidence you've sent it, we'll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days. If the vest shows more wear than needed to check it fits and works, we can deduct an amount from your refund to reflect that reduced value.
This statutory right is separate from, and does not reduce, our own 30-day money-back promise or our 90-day free size swap described below.
If you change your mind, you can return your vest within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it's unworn and in its original condition with any tags or packaging intact. We can't refund a vest that shows signs of use in the water, since we can't resell it and it's a hygiene and safety item.
Sizing a dog from a chart is not exact, so if the vest doesn't fit once it arrives, we'll swap it for a different size for free, any time within 90 days of delivery. This applies even if the vest has been worn or used in the water, since a size issue often only shows up once you try it.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you, and this doesn't count against your 14-day, 30-day, or 90-day windows.
