30 days, money back. If the vest is not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It needs to be in a resaleable condition. Swum in and dried is fine. Chewed through is not.
Sizing a dog you cannot put on a scale is genuinely hard, so if you picked wrong we swap the size free within 90 days of delivery. One swap per order. You cover return postage, we cover the outbound.
Email [[ BEN: fill in ]] with your order number and what went wrong. We reply with a return address and instructions. Do not send anything back before you have that, or we cannot match the parcel to your order.
Once the vest reaches us we inspect it and refund to the original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
If a vest arrives damaged or fails in normal use, tell us with a photo. We replace it and cover postage both ways. This is in addition to your statutory rights, which nothing here limits.
