We ship to most countries. If yours is not offered at checkout we either cannot ship there or cannot do it reliably, and we would rather say so than take your money and disappoint you.
International orders may attract import duty or tax in the destination country. That is set by your government, not by us, and it is not included in what you pay here. You are responsible for it. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned, we refund the goods but not the shipping.
Once a parcel is with the carrier its timing is out of our hands. If tracking has not moved in 10 working days, email us and we will chase it.
