30 days, money back
If the vest is not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It needs to be in resaleable condition. Swum in and dried is fine. Chewed through is not.
Free size swap, 90 days
Sizing a dog you cannot put on a scale is genuinely hard, so if you picked wrong we swap the size free within 90 days. One swap per order. You cover the return postage, we cover the outbound.
How to start either
- Email us with your order number and what went wrong.
- We reply with a return address, usually the same working day.
- Send it back. Do not post anything before you have that address, or we cannot match the parcel to your order.
When you get your money
Once it reaches us we inspect and refund to the original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.
If it arrived faulty
Send a photo. We replace it and cover postage both ways. This is in addition to your statutory rights, which nothing here limits.
