Orders placed before 2pm on a working day ship the same day. After that, the next working day. A tracking number follows the moment it leaves.

Where we ship
Most countries. If yours is not offered at checkout we either cannot ship there or cannot do it reliably, and we would rather say so than take your money and disappoint you.
Customs and duty
International orders may attract import duty set by your own government. It is not included in what you pay here and we cannot predict it. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned, we refund the goods but not the shipping.
If it stalls
Carriers go quiet mid-route sometimes, particularly through customs. That is normal up to a point. No movement for 10 working days, tell us and we chase it.
