Your tracking number
It is in the shipping confirmation email, sent the moment the parcel leaves us. Search your inbox for The Float Club. If it is not there, check spam before you write to us, because that is where it usually is.
Order status page
Every order confirmation contains a link to a live status page. That page updates itself as the parcel moves, so it is more current than anything we could tell you by email.
How long it takes

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day ship the same day. After that, the next working day.
If tracking has not moved
Carriers sometimes go quiet for a few days mid-route, particularly through customs. That is normal up to a point. If there has been no movement for 10 working days, contact us with your order number and we will chase it.
Customs
International orders can attract import duty set by your own government. It is not included in what you paid here and we cannot predict it. If a parcel is refused at customs and comes back to us, we refund the goods but not the shipping.
